How it works

From your first booking to staff assignment and payment, here's what you can expect at every step.

Step 1

Choose a service and submit patient, hospital, address and timing details.

Step 2

The system creates a unique order number in YYYYMMDD00001 format.

Step 3

Admin reviews the order and assigns an available staff member.

Step 4

The customer can receive staff assignment details through WhatsApp.

Step 5

Pay cash to the staff or use the Pay Now page for UPI.

Step 6

UPI payments remain pending until admin verifies the UTR and screenshot.
